FIT has been protecting playing fields since 1925, preserving green spaces for people of all ages to enjoy. As towns develop and cities spread, it's important to make sure all communities, schools and families have access to areas for recreation, leisure and sports.
Many professional sporting careers have started on local playing fields. It's probably why we have such distinguished members as Colin Jackson, Stephen Jones and David Gower helping us ensure future sports stars have the same opportunity to practice their skill.
