volunteer

Our volunteers play a crucial role in our success. By donating a little time, these generous people help to preserve green spaces across the UK. There are a number of ways you can volunteer and become a FIT person:

Fundraising
Local events could highlight the importance of local fields, raise awareness within your local community and raise money for green spaces.

Spotlight
We're always looking for people who can tell us about fields under threat or fields that need protecting. If you live near a FIT field, use it and get in contact through its managers. We particularly want to hear if fields have a history, such as sports stars using them when they were younger.

Friends Group
If you'd like to support a field near you, become part of its Friends Group. Fields that have friends groups are always better used and usually end up with better facilities.
